I'M GOING TO DISNEYLAND!

Ok. I'm not really going to Disneyland but that's what people say when they've done a really big thing, right? I WISH I went to Disneyland but... I'm at home. So...

Six months since I last blogged. I see a recurring pattern that I do. I blog right before school is about to start, pause, then I start again when school is over. Since I don't have school anymore, let's just say I have a lot more time on my hands.

I was talking to my friend last night over dinner about how much I despise being an adult sometimes. Don't get me wrong, it has its perks! But it's hitting me how I really need to get a job, make mature decisions, and stop wasting my days watching Orange is The New Black (which I finished by the way. YAY FOR ROSA!)

Growing up is a trap. It really is. I stand by that quote so much that I decorated my graduation cap with that quote. Thx Peter Pan.

The common "back to school" post

1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 6

Yuck. I can't believe summer is already gone. I technically still have one more full day but it'll be just like the rest of my days: Netflix, bloglovin, Twitter. This summer was fun and all but I'm just about ready to get my last school year ever done with. It's weird to think that after this year, I'm done with school. No more taking tests. No more math problems. No more science questions I'll never understand yet I managed to get A's in.

Above are the exact items I purchased while making that "Back to school" shopping trip. I was convinced by an article by College Fashion to try the revlon "Black Cherry" lipstick (I didn't realize it didn't even show the name on the link!) I'm always a fan of lipstick so I can't wait to try that out when it official turns into Fall.

The brandy skirt is something I needed especially since I feel like I'll be super lazy this school year I need this skirt to throw on almost every single day. I hope no one will notice...

I'm a sucker for planners even if everything is written on my iCal that happens to be synced to my phone. I don't feel safe until I have something written down in five different places. I guess that's OCD, no?

The rest are pretty self explanatory. After long days, I need to wipe off my makeup when I don't want to make the trip to the sink. The hand sanitizer... Need I say more? There's germs everywhere!

What's on your back to school list? Or... if you're not in school anymore, what was the most important thing you always had to have at the start of the school year?

Now raise a glass.

Would you rather stay in on a Friday night just to save a few extra dollars? Do you order from the dollar menu? (Duh, parfaits! Thanks McDonalds!) You're in the perfect spot. This is a blog for you. As a college student, money is in my hand one second and out of it the second after. I'm sure a lot of people can relate.

Just like you and many others, I have a super big problem spending more than I should (Most of the time on food, unfortunately). I tell myself all the time to not go out or try to figure out ways to hide my money from myself. I even put money in my savings account only to take some out three days later for something unnecessary or something that seems necessary at the moment. I shouldn't be alone on this though. I'm just proudly saying what others refuse to admit. One day I'll learn how to save.

This is for the ones who don't know how to save. The ones who try desperately to figure out how to save. The ones who try to save every dollar possible but are taunted by that one piece of clothing you just have to own. The ones who feel obligated that they have to own designer clothes in order to become a fashion blogger. It's not all true. Welcome.
